If you are an incoming freshmen, are a new student, or have never participated but now interested in sports at Windsor High School, and would like to get plugged in and receive communications and find out information about a specific sport, please complete the survey below and provide your contact information.  This information will be provided to the coach(es) of the specific sport(s) you select.
